• Rebuilt more than 60 outsourced WebView screens for production use across home, offering, asset, account, and support flows.
• Implemented core fractional-investment flows, including the offering flow, investor profile page, and iOS/AOS WebView bridge handling.
• Replaced Ionic with React Router, TanStack Query, and MobX to separate routing, server state, and instant UI state responsibilities.
• Standardized endpoint-based query keys and custom hooks, reducing duplicate API calls by about 60%.
• Built the operational foundation with Sentry monitoring, AWS S3 and CloudFront deployment, and external SDK integrations.

• Structured frequently changing admin screens around table, filter, and pagination modules with explicit TypeScript models.
• Designed artwork create/edit screens from shared component combinations for status-specific fields and payloads.
• Built core CRUD tools for admins, users, artworks, notices, disclosures, events, inquiries, and Tiptap-based content editing.
• Handled customer support, finance, and security requirements including FAQ templates, NH Nonghyup account operations, 2FA, sessions, and access control.

• Built a C#/.NET GUI for registering and managing Synology NAS network drives.
• Simplified repeated internal and customer drive setup work with a click-based registration flow.

• Built admin features connected to the public site, including notices, surveys, notifications, groups, member life events, and member boards.
• Extracted repeated admin requirements into shared components and organized server-data flows with TanStack Query.

• Developed core file-storage screens for lists, upload/download, users, and groups.

Electron desktop app and real-time messaging.

• Implemented desktop events and data transfer between Electron main and renderer processes.
• Built REST-based notices and polls plus socket.io real-time messaging.
• Handled unstable network states with ping/pong health checks, reconnect logic, and user feedback.
• Separated responsive UI updates from server persistence by applying socket data to Redux and syncing with APIs on intervals.
